By raising and rotationally grazing a fold of 30 Scottish Highland cattle, over 450 pasture-raised non-GMO chicken, 10 pigs, 48 holiday turkeys, and 50 laying hens, our farm to operates as a diverse, thriving ecosystem where each piece works in harmony with the others.
There are no short cuts, no crowding, no stress — just slow, thoughtful, intentional farming that’s good for the land, good for your body, and good for our local food system.

A special holiday calls for a special bird.
We are pasture-raising non-GMO holiday turkeys that will be about 18-30lbs. They started as wee chicks in our toasty warm barn back in June, growing and feathering out to be big enough to move out to pasture where they live with space, freedom, and the ability to be the healthiest, most special turkeys in town.
Place your pre-order for these farm-fresh birds now and cross that holiday to-do item off your list!
This pre-order requires a small deposit of $25 to reserve your turkey. Our birds will be processed and packed in the most reverent and stress-free environment on-farm, allowing for the highest quality meat. Birds will be frozen when you pick up.
The remaining balance will be due upon pick up of your turkey and based on the end weight of the bird. You can indicate the size range you’d like in the options below. We’ll reach out to coordinate when you’d like to collect your holiday bird!

This is our signature protein box packed full with a variety of our farm fresh, pasture-raised, non- GMO chicken and pork. It averages around 10 lbs and contains the following:

Pasture Raised, Non GMO Chicken:
We have raised both Freedom Ranger and Cornish Crosses this season, resulting in some beautiful birds who have lived a life completely on pasture, moving every day in alignment with their natural instincts: bedding down in high grass, scratching the soil, foraging for insects, breathing fresh air and high quality non-GMO feed.
